LTE Modem

The Rockettec Overseer includes an integrated LTE modem for cellular connectivity.

Checking Modem Status

The Modem page shows:

  • Connection status (Connected/Disconnected)
  • Signal strength
  • Operator name
  • Network technology (LTE/4G/3G)
  • IP address when connected

SIM PIN Entry

If your SIM requires a PIN:

  1. Go to Modem page
  2. Enter your PIN code
  3. Click Unlock
Warning: Entering the wrong PIN multiple times may lock your SIM.

Common Issues

No Modem Detected

  • Try rebooting the device from the System page
  • If the issue persists, contact your administrator

No SIM Card

  • Contact your administrator - the SIM card may need to be installed or replaced

Weak Signal

  • The device location may need adjustment - contact your administrator
  • Check for network coverage in your area with your carrier

SIM Locked

  • Contact your carrier if PUK is required
